Tik-tok, Debbie's running out of luck!

In teh last 24 hours, two federal courts have smacked down
Dummy Deborah Frisch's moronic attempts to short-circuit
teh inevitable defeat of her frivolous lawsuit:

Late yesterday, teh Ninth Circuit Court of appeals shitcanned
Frisch's attempt to derail various orders of teh Federal District
Court overseeing Debbie Frisch's frivolous lawsuit.

And today, teh District Court smashed Debbie's idiotic "Motion
to Strike" various filings by City of Eugene--filings which are
among teh last steps toward annihilating Frisch's incompetent
legal floppings.

Deb Frisch targets Ninth Circuit Advisory Committee for harassment (6/15/10)

Since Debbie Frisch can't win in a battle of wits, she quickly resorts to
threats and harassment to try to bully people into doing her bidding.
(This has been SOP for Dummy Debbie ever since she got sued in 2006
for libel and harassment.)

Hence today's posting, in which Deborah Frisch (filing a reply-brief to
prop up her pathetically frivolous appeal to teh Federal Appellate Court)
dropped in a list of names of teh Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' Advisory
Committee on Rules of Practice and Internal Operating Procedures [see
screencap below].

Debbie doesn't realize how transparent her motives are. So she doesn't
realize how farking OBVIOUS it is that Debbie is just advertising a list
of people she plans to threaten and harass.

Tsk-tsk...looks like Debbie has learned nothing from:

• Deb Frisch's 2010 visit from the FBI, after threatening teh District Court Judge overseeing Debbie's frivolous lawsuit, nor

• her getting banned, last month, from Oregon federal courthouses, as a result of her disgusting abuse and harassment of court staff, nor
  

• teh April 2010 Springfield PD criminal complaint which resulted from Debbie's harassment of a Springfield OR citizen, nor
  

• teh August 2009 Lane County PD criminal complaint which resulted from Debbie's posting a blog which detailed teh murder and evisceration of a family, nor

• her 2009 criminal conviction for assaulting an acquaintance, nor

• her getting banned, in 2008, from teh University of Oregon, Eugene campus, as a result of her harassment of professors at a University fair, nor

• her 2007 visit from teh Secret Service, after Debbie posted Fourth of July blogs detailing the assassination of presidential candidates. (Debbie was later videotaped making similar thinly-veiled threats at a 2008 meeting of teh Lane County Board of Commissioners.), nor

• her 2006 arrest and criminal conviction, for stalking and harassment

• how Deb Frisch lost her job, in 2006, after threatening a child online. (Frisch remains unemployable.)

Nope, looks like Miss Debbie still hasn't learned from experience.

Which means we can count on MOAR LULZ, once Debbie's incompetent
appeal to teh Ninth Circuit gets shit-canned...

And Debbie might come to learn that, if she thinks local police are bad, just WAIT until teh Federal Marshals get their clutches on her ;)

Federal Court Squashes Deb Frisch Limp-Lobed Fishing Expedition (6/3/10)

Another day, another SMACKDOWN for Debbie Frisch in Federal Court.

On Thursday, teh judge overseeing Dummy Debbie's frivolous lawsuit
needed fewer than 150 words to demolish Teh Deb's laughably impotent
attempt to harass court employees and violate their privacy by getting
hold of their emails.

Debbie is still howling over teh Federal Judge's May 17th GTFO! Order,
which bans Debbie from entering any Oregon federal courthouse. (Debbie's
vulgar and harassing behavior was described at length in teh judge's May 10th
Order to Show Cause. Debbie's disgusting behavior was also described in a
May 14th "Incident Report" filed by Eugene Federal Court Security Officers.)

Debbie's "Motion to View Documents," filed May 21st, was her pathetic attempt
to further harass the court employees who won a major victory by barring
Deborah Frisch's saggy azz from teh courthouse.
