The choicest nugget is an email from a Denver PD law enforcement official,
reading:

Ms. Frisch,

We have given you instructions on how to order records from 
our department highlighted at the bottom of the page. Please 
follow them and [cease?]  offensive and profane emails. 
If you persist, I will be forced to pursue criminal charges against you."
