How many times does Debbie need to be reminded: When you stalk, threaten and harass people, you WILL get the CUFFS again!

TEXT OF POLICE REPORT:

"On 12/15/2017 at approximately 1318 hours, Deborah Frisch was contacted
in the lobby of Bend Police Department. Officers had been contacted by Greeley Police Department...advising they had an active no bail full extradition warrant for Frisch's arrest...Based on Frisch's history of resisting arrest, four Officers made contact with her in the lobby. Frisch was detained in handcuffs, which were checked for tightness...

"For the next couple minutes Frisch proclaimed her innocen[ce] and verbally
abused the Officers for arresting her. Deschutes County Dispatch confirmed
the warrant with Greeley Police Department. Frisch yelled at Officer Poole
that the handcuffs were too tight. I personally observed Officer Poole check
the cuffs again to make sure they were not. 

"Frisch's person was checked for weapons or means of escape and nothing
was found...."

• Yes, Debbie DID "commit" the crime of Initiating a False Report on or about March 31, 2015...just check out the Eugene Register-Guard...
• Yes, Debbie has a violent criminal history...just ask the victim of Debbie's violent, drunken assault in 2008 (which also led to criminal charges).
• For Debbie to say there was "lack of evidence" on her stalking charges is laughable: "Court records show that Eugene police have been collecting potential evidence against Frisch for months. Various city officials received a total of 889 emails from Frisch between Sept. 26 and Feb. 5..." The evidence neatly fits with Debbie's established criminal record: "A number of anti-stalking orders have been filed against Frisch since 2008, according to the Oregon Judicial Department, where records show Frisch has been arrested and convicted of harassment, criminal impersonation, and unlawful use of mace in three separate cases since 2008." And, of course, Debbie's last 10 years also make her criminal behavior clear. Debbie doesn't seem to grasp the concept of a "plea bargain"

Unfortunately for Debbie, there's also this thing called "google," which quickly
reveals why her "tort claims notices" are toothless:

1. REAL Lawyers at AboveTheLaw.com mock Debbie's legal stoopidity
2. There's a SCREENING ORDER which means that Debbie's paperwork will be reviewed (and promptly squashed) by a federal judge whenever she files it.
3.  Deborah Frisch is BANNED from visiting teh federal court in person
4.  Deb Frisch has had her electronic filing access YANKED by teh Federal Courts 

For MOAR on  Debbie's legal EPIC FAIL in trying to sue Eugene Oregon in 2009-2010...
