Deb Frisch vs. Debt Collectors (2009, 2013)

Not that we're surprised by these civil suits against deadbeat Debbie Frisch, but the 2009 case (700908546 Ray Klein Inc vs. Deborah E. Frisch) makes for some funny reading if you read between the lines... Debbie tried to CHALLENGE the award of $400.61 garnished from her Community Credit Union bank account. After Debbie's brilliant legal appeal, the award was reduced a WHOPPING 61 CENTS to 400 bucks even. :D 

Debbie was sued by a different debt collector in 2013. But Midland Funding LLC's case was dismissed without prejudice (for reasons unknown).

Well, it's been a week of TUFF TAWK for Little Miss Debbie...

Among other droppings, Debbie howled about filing a GRIEVANCE!!1
against teh police officer who attended teh deposition Debbie hid from
on April 15, 2010. (Of course, since Debbie has a police record involving
violent crimes, teh Eugene Police Lieutenant's presence was well-advised, lol.)
Debbie now faces monetary and disciplinary SANCTIONS for teh dodged
deposition, lol.

But it's worth taking a trip down memory lane here. As it happens, Dummy
Debbie filed a GRIEVANCE!!1 with teh Eugene Police Department last year.

And--big surprise!--teh Eugene Police Auditor's office rejected Debbie's
grievance-filing a whopping ONE DAY LATER! (Screencap of teh document,

We hope Debbie enjoys scribbling her impotent paperwork--coz it sho ain't
gonna survive long in teh official channels.

Coward Deb Frisch Evades Deposition, Faces Punishment (4/15/10)

On April 15th, 2010, Deborah Frisch reneged on an agreement to be
deposed, in connection with her frivolous lawsuit against teh City of
Eugene. Here's a transcript of Teh Record of Debbie's cowardly evasion
of cross-examination.

It looks like Deb Frisch will soon reap what she's sewn. Yesterday,
attorneys for defendants filed to slap sanctions on Debbie--including
a $515.00 bill for teh time of people staffed to cover teh deposition.

(Looks like Debbie might have to do a bit moar panhandling to pay
that pricey tab!)

Deb Frisch Sunday Harassment Posts (4/25/10)

Debbie hates it when people stand up to her bullying. (Just two
weeks ago, Debbie went ballistic when she was blocked from a
entering a dance, lol.)

Hence today's harassing blog posts, which stalk a federal judge's
clerk and two people who stood up to Debbie's bullying, in the past.

One of today's victims won a court order to shut down Debbie's
blog (and a restraining order)

The other won a restraining order and criminal charges against
Deborah Frisch for stalking and harassment. (Deb Frisch served
a year's probation, 2006-07, in connection with her harassment,
in that case.)

2008 POLICE REPORT ON DEB FRISCH CRIMES

Attorneys for Lane County have made public a 2008 police
report about Deborah Frisch's Nov 2 assault on an acquaintance.
The police report was filed as an exhibit for a defense motion,
last November 17th.

The Report corroborates earlier-known details of Frisch's actions
on Nov. 2 2008--criminal actions which led to Frisch's March 2009
conviction on charges of physical harassment and illegal use of pepper
spray.

But teh Police Report also reveals a couple of delicious further details
of Frisch's drunken and frenzied attack on her victim:

*When Frisch first encountered the victim (at teh John Henry Bar
and Grill), Deborah Frisch drunkenly groped teh victim's
date's "buttocks."

*Police initially categorized Frisch's attack as "4th
Degree Assault"--defined under Oregon Revised Statutes
163.160 as "intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causing physical
injury to another person."

*In an attempt to terrorize and intimidate her victim, Deb Frisch
claimed that she owned a Taser--and threatened to use teh
fictional Taser on her victim.

Teh phrase "hoisted by her own petard" comes to mind--for,
had it not been for Frisch's frivolous lawsuit, the 2008 Police
Report would have never seen the light of day. But, well...here
it is! (Name of the victim is redacted)

Deb Frisch banned from Facebook Group [Jan 09]

Well, it looks like Deborah Frisch is transferring her social skillz (read: lack
thereof) to Facebook. She was quickly spotted as a troll jealous of John Grisham's
success 3 times this past summer.

Here's an earlier "blast from the past": a Facebook Group which quickly tired of
Frisch's sick antics in Dec 2008-Jan 2009.

Since the group is moderated, we can only imagine what vile "Deb Droppings"
were deleted from the group's postings. But if the past is any guide, we can
guess they were some pretty nauseating comments, indeed.

Deb Frisch Libels Cop who held her responsible for harassment

As we always note, it really must Teh Suxxorz to be Deborah Frisch.

In today's feebleminded droppings, Miss Debbie posts a blog libeling
a Eugene Police Officer (after stalking his Facebook page--which seems
to be Dumbphuque Deb's latest harassment/stalking tool):




























Why teh h8 for the Officer Deb Frisch "interacted" with? Because that
"interaction" involved arresting Deb Frisch for stalking and harassing
an innocent victim in 2006. (Deb Frisch served 1 year of probation as a
result of that case.)

The officer also recorded Deborah Frisch's pathetic attempts to entice
her 2006 victim in his police report:
