Deb Frisch harasses former victim with botched highschool French (10/20/10)

In 2006, Oregon Criminal 1675174 (aka Deborah Ellen Frisch) was
arrested and charged with harassment after stalking a woman who
REJECTED sickie Debbie's sexual advances.

Teh victim was a French teacher.

As a result, Debbie sometimes throws in a bit of idiot-level French
to her harassment of teh 2006 victim.

Debbie doesn't realize that her rusty, grammatically botched French
just makes people laugh at her shallow intellect.
