Need More Proof Deb's Tort Claims Notes are HOLLOW THREATS? (10/23/10)

Two days until Debbie's probation-violation hearing...

Here's a blog posted this morning.

In case you needed more proof that moron Debbie is an
incompetent novice when it comes to legal papers, check
this out.

Note teh date: Febraury 22. In other words, 10 MONTHS
after Debbie wrote this crap...it's come to a big NOTHING.

Also, unfortunately for Debbie, there's this thing called "google," which quickly
reveals why her "tort claims notices are toothless":

• Deb Frisch has had her electronic filing access YANKED by teh Federal Courts

• Deborah Frisch is BANNED from visiting teh federal court in person

• There's a SCREENING ORDER which means that Debbie's paperwork will be reviewed (and promptly squashed) by a federal judge whenever she files it.

• Teh federal court dismissed Lane County as a defendant under FRCP Rule 12(b)6

• Teh federal court granted Springfield County a summary judgment

• Dummy Debbie surrendered her claims against teh City of Eugene just last month

Oh, and teh 9th Circuit Court of Appeals? They told her, in no uncertain terms,
to STFU earlier this month.

So...keep the transparent bluffs coming Debbie--we can use the laughs!
