Well, on a slow news day, this would be siren-worthy. But since
it's Debbie's PROBATION-VIOLATION HEARING DAY...this is just a
side note:

Early this ay-em (have trouble sleeping Debbie? ;)), Miss Debbie
Frisch signaled an intent to appeal to teh US SUPREME COURT!!!1

Unfortunately for Debbie, she lacks "standing" to pursue teh
Downs case...

But let's let Dummy figure THAT out teh hard way...if she's still
inclined after today's BEATDOWN in Lane County Criminal Court
