and criminal impersonation of a government official.)

In today's blog, Deborah Frisch sockpuppets a sexual comment about
the Springfield, Oregon cop investigating Deb Frisch's criminal behavior.

Back when Debbie had her manic shit-fit last May--a string of vile and vulgar behavior which got Deb Frisch's bloated ass banned from Oregon Federal Courthouses--she made the ranting-rounds of various public meetings in Eugene. (Deb Frisch's idiocy before the Eugene Budget Committee were caught on tape, lol.)

Miss Debbie also soiled the carpet at the May 11th meeting of the Eugene Civilian Review Board. The meeting-minutes make the obvious point: Deborah Frisch's boozy rantings are 100% CONTENT-FREE!

Deb Frisch's Legal Incompetence and Illiteracy (5/4/10)

In order to pilot a lawsuit through teh federal courts, one needs to navigate teh Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Of course, that requires reading skills, which Deborah Frisch sorely lacks. :P

Hence today's screencap of a defense-motion filed on Tuesday, which hilariously illustrates Debbie's legal illiteracy.

Backstory: After defense lawyers filed a motion to hold Little Miss Debbie financially responsible for teh mandatory deposition she evaded, Dummy Deb played a Monkey See, Monkey Do, and filed a laughably frivolous motion of sanctions against defense-attorneys, April 29th.

A few days later, City of Eugene Defense attorneys struck back, pointing out that:

• Dummy Deb Frisch used teh WRONG RULE in her motion

• Dummy Deb Frisch even BOTCHED the application of that WRONG RULE, and

• Dummy Deb Frisch's motion trumpeted her IGNORANCE of teh proper (Rule 26(c)) procedure for objecting to (terms of) a deposition

In short, Miss Deborah Frisch screwed teh pooch in her amusingly incompetent attempt to "play lawyer."

So, without further ado, here's teh short, but sweet, BEATDOWN of Deb Frisch:

Deborah Frisch, posting as "heckler," impotently rages about her thwarted
attempt to enter an April 10 dance (in violation of her probation). Other
readers quickly unmask Debbie and mock her, lol.

Deb Frisch was "visibly intoxicated" on night of crime, say cops (11/2/08)

Unless something's changed, Dodo Deborah Frisch is scheduled to be
deposed tomorrow, in connection with a frivolous lolsuit she's filed
against the City of Eugene.

The guts of the suit concern Frisch's behavior after she left teh John
Henry bar and grill in downtown Eugene, on November 2, 2008.

Now, teh funny thing about lawsuits is...all SORTS of lulzy paperwork
gets filed. Like this here email, written by a Eugene police officer,
recalling Debbie's being "visibly intoxicated" to the point where she
"used [her] vehicle for support."

Frisch also tried to lie to police; but in Debbie's inebriated state, teh
lie was so lame that cops sniffed out teh bullshit right away ("This
did not sound right.")

Also amusing is teh last highlighted sentence, where Debbie admits
defeat: "Frisch agreed to let the female drive her home and,
I quote, Frisch stating 'Thank you, officer, I believe that
this was the best way to handle this tonight'"

Of course, once home, Debbie "thanked" that female by assaulting
her--which led to Debbie's criminal conviction in March of last year.
And teh terms of Debbie' s probation, in turn, were at teh heart of
Debbie's being refused entry at a bar/danceclub last Saturday.

So, in a roundabout way, Debbie's criminal behavior of Nov. 2 2008
still stings even today. Of course, since Debbie hates being held
responsible for her actions, that's gotta hurt. LOL.
