Bottom Line: Teh lawsuit 09-cv-6126-tc is the lawsuit that was squashed
by federal courts earlier this year:

• Teh federal court dismissed Lane County as a defendant under FRCP Rule 12(b)6

• Teh federal court granted Springfield County a summary judgment

• Dummy Debbie surrendered her claims against teh City of Eugene just last month

Oh, and teh 9th Circuit Court of Appeals? They told her, in no uncertain terms,
to STFU earlier this month.
