UPDATE: In an "addendum" to the memorandum, Miss Debbie reveals that she intends to defy the court's order she be present for the hearing:

"Defendant regrets to inform the court that defendant cannot afford to pay Marshall Breit another penny to work on this case. Defendant cannot afford to pay him to travel to Greeley on August 30, 2018. Defendant regrets to inform the court that she cannot attend the August 30, 2018 4:00pm hearing since she has a colonoscopy scheduled for that day and time."

So Debbie thinks, after her stalking harassment and threatening of law enforcement and criminal justice officials, that she can get more FAVORABLE conditions of bond (before her October 2nd sentencing on felony crimes)? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, DEBBIE! :D
